The 2 truck air suspension balloons (wabco) mounted on a frame to the base of the tower, by pressed air they will press
away a 10 mm steel plate mounted to the tower, by this the tower will be pressed over the so called "deadpoint" and
start to come down by very easily releasing the winch.
